Trey's Simulator FAQ

Q: How can I become a simulator programmer?

Well, I became one by accident, so I'm probably not the best one to ask! (Check out the story of the Hanna-Barbera ride to find out how that happened.)

The best advice I can give is to contact the companies that build simulators or produce simulator films and find out if they're hiring, and what skills they're looking for.

Q: Can you give me the email address or URL of a particular company?

Check out the simulator link list. If the company you're looking for isn't there, either they don't have a website or we don't know about it.

And if you know of a simulator website, please let us know so we can add it to our list!

Q: Can you sell me a simulator or a simulator control system, or tell me how much a particular system would cost?

Unfortunately, no - we're a consulting company, not a manufacturer or hardware dealer.

However, we would be happy to work with you to find a hardware or software provider who meets your needs.

Or you can check our simulator link list for direct links to companies that may be able to help you.

Q: Can you help me create/design a ridefilm?

Now you're talking!

Get in touch and tell us about your project.

Q: Are you hiring?

Not right now.

But that might change at any time. So if you want to email us about yourself and your interest in working in the very odd world of simulator rides, we'll keep you in mind!
